Terms of Service

By using bavna.com, you agree to the following terms of service. We do not represent or warrant that the information on our website is accurate, complete, or current. This includes pricing and availability information. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Privacy

At Bavna, we respect our customers’ privacy and have procedures in place to ensure that personal information is handled in a secure, responsible, and professional manner. Customer account information is treated as confidential and is not shared with any external affiliates or individuals.

Shipping

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Bavna.com will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Handling time for all the orders placed is 2-3 business days, which excludes holidays and weekends. At this time, Bavna.com is unable to ship to any International addresses or process International credit cards.

Returns

We offer 14 days return policy on defective and/or unworn merchandise. Merchandise must have their original tags attached to them. Please send us an email at info@bavna.com with any prior questions or concerns. In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us at info@bavna.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase, and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.

Repairs

Once a customer has purchased merchandise, they will have a 30-day warranty of goods. If, within the 30 days, the product (worn with normal wear and tear) requires repair, Bavna will be responsible for the repairs at no charge. Customer must provide all original documentation from purchased goods. The repair turn-around will be within 4-6 weeks unless otherwise noted. Please contact our office for the entire list of repair and alteration costs.
